Quotations

Quotations are free on every job. A quotation describes the work we will carry out and the price for it, and is valid for the period stated on the quotation itself. If you would like an updated quotation after that period, just ask — it costs nothing.

Orders & custom products

Custom-cut glass and mirrors are made to your measurements. Please confirm your measurements before ordering, as custom items are made specifically for you and to the dimensions you provide.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your quotation or invoice. If anything on your quotation or invoice is unclear, contact us before you place your order.

Product care

Glass and mirrors are fragile. Handle and store your products with care, and follow any guidance we provide with your order.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a product we supply is limited to the price you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be limited by agreement.
